[Resolved] Indianmoney.com — Looting money & providing useless leads. | |||
Respected Sir, I subscribed to the silver plan of Indianmoney.com to get leads for selling life insurance products on the 8th of March, 2010. Once, i paid them the money online there attitude changed immediately & on my repeated asking i wasnt even given a receipt for it. I was given all kinds o[censored]seless leads & had to call them again & again for that too. All the leads i got were either people who were not contactable or outside the state of delhi or just collecting information for future planning. Even after my repeated mails to them regarding this there was no response or improvement in the quality of leads. Therefore, i asked them to refund my money as i got completely fed up with them but there reply was that we dont refund money so i asked them at least provide me the leads which are properly verified & of people who are interested in buying insurance. Its been almost a month now since i subscribed to the plan from them & out of the leads which they have provided me not a single person has shown interest even in meeting to discuss the plan leave aside taking a policy. I have send them feedback too regarding this & few others to which they commonly replied regarding that feedback have also contacted me told their experience with them which has been the same. Hence, i request you to see to it that such things are stopped & the evil which is spread by them nipped in the bud. They are just looting off money from the people & then just provide them leads which are not are all useful. Also, when one tries to contact them or tell them the issues they just become deaf to the problem of the customers. Hope, to get justice in this matter as such companies should not be allowed to operate for misleading & looting money from there customers. Yes this company is fraud & cheats all the people who take leads from them. Please, take action.

I totally disagre with this. I am also taking leads from IndianMoney.com since last 4 months and I am getting good leads. IndianMoney.com leads are very good only for those people who sell the good products. But most of our agents want to sell those products which gives them more than 30-40% commission, whereas IndianMoney.com is educating its customers on various charges levied on a product, therefore when we pitch in for such high charge product, customers will automatically refuse to buy from us. More than that this is the customer ruled market, therefore they have many options. They expect their financial advisor to have sound professional experience and knowledge. If we dont know how to speak to our customers, we cant expect those customers to buy from us.
Buying leads from IndianMoney.com leads doesnt mean getting confirmed sales. We are just getting the contact details of those people who are interested to buy different financial products and whether they are buying it from us or not depends on how we speak. More than that we are paying just Rs 100+ to IndianMoney.com per lead. We also have to understand that they have to spend huge money to generate leads.
I am taking time to tell these things just because they have helped me increasing my business considerably in the last 4 months and my financial condition has been improved a lot. I am grateful to IndianMoney.com.

This is a review by a company employee it seems see the name its avinashsuvision. Se the extent they are going to. Writing good reviews by insiders so they can lure in more unsuspecting people to pay.

This simply says what kind of scamsters these guys are. An internal employee I worked with writing a review as a customer?? This is heights of doing sick business! Guys, I worked at Indianmoney for a few months as an assistant manager for sales and I quit the company on my own as I found out the scams the company is running in the name of helping people gain financial knowledge. I was even forced to sign a non disclosure to make sure I don't speak up after I quit the company but being experienced with dealing with scamsters, I found my way out. I have enough proof to prove these guys are scamsters/frauds. Even the employees are aware of all the scams happening and they are lured into it by paying more money. They infact have a team of people who leave amazing reviews all over the internet to showcase like these guys are saints. The vendors who have lost their money by scams by this company used to stand at the entrance for hours everyday and they were usually chased away by the goons this company hired. Please refrain from doing any business with these people as all they know is to scam people.

Hope, you understand the situation as its just a ploy by them in the face of educating customers they are fooling them & us as well. Therefore, i have requested the neccessary action to put an end to this.

i just want to say that indianmoney.com people, before i had taken up their subscription, told me that leads will be 100% verified, will be exclusively for me (Will not be shared with anybody else) but nothing of this sort happened...I don't think IM people have verified the leads because in 80% of the cases, client would say that he was just checking out the site and is not actually interested in taking up any plan..in rest 20% of the cases, leads are evenly distributed to all and sundry and the client is sometimes so irritated by calls from every insurance company guy that he flatly refuse to listen to anybody...

I am holding Birla Sun Life Policy no.[protected] since Feb 2007. I had to pay 3 instalments of Rs.25,000/- yearly which i have completed and have receipts to that effect.On 27th March 2010 i submitted the policy surender form along with all the original documents ( HAVE RETAINED RECEIPT OF THE SAME ), So far am not getting my ammount and not receive any intimation for Birla Office.
I was hospitalized on 1/04/2010 for two weeks. am not followed the status of mine.
11/04/2010 - i checked my bank account, am not received my policy amount.
12/04/2010 (Morning) - i checked with customer care[protected] they said due to signature mismatch my request was rejected and also they said the intimation letter was sent to my communication address (but am not receive any letter from birla).
12/04/2010 (Post lunch) - again i check with customer care for my original document for re-apply, they said it was return(despatched) to Branch Office (Adyar Branch, Chennai) on 8th Apr 2010.
13/04/2010 (Morning) - I spoked with the branch office (Adyar, Chennai), they said didnt received any Doucment from Birla Head Office. and also they asked to get POD Number from Customer Care for further action.
13/04/2010 (Morning) - I again spoked with the customer care for POD number. that gentlemen said, the delivery details are not updated in status log, so please wait for 3 days i check with Back office and come back.........
I am surprised that a company like Birla Sun life they dont have SYSTEMS and PROCEDURE, and it clearly shows that their INEFFICENCY, they only interested in GRABBING money from the people not serving the People

I agree with Mr. Dhawal & Mr. Dhruvesh that indianmoney.com is just fooling us by sending us completely useless & irrelevant leads without even verifying what the customer needs. Recently, i have received a lead where the customer requires home loan & they have forwarded it to me for a policy. Such is the standard of the leads where the customers are also fed up of their services apart from us. Please, take necessary action against them to stop such misleading & misguidance.

I agree with all of them, Indian money.com is very very fraud and looting peoples money. i subscribed for platinum package for 100 leads for rs 10000, I paid them 10000 and they told that they will provide only genuine leads to me but nowadays they are not even attending my Call. I don't know why! please take action on them. these guys must be punished. instead of eating in others hard earned money, ask them to eat everybody's . our stomach is burning. we will often forgive them, But God will not. first they will call as if we are their relation but after getting money, they will behave as if they never spoke to us and we are unknown Person. Actually i joined this Indian Money Compay before 3 months . We had an oral aggrement of generating 30 leads for Rs 3100/-. Before paying the money they say that they will tranfer the leads up to 80% and my word is to do it only 20%. Still know i have received about 17 leads but not even one has been converted to business. When i ringup either there is no response or noidea on investment. This is the answer i get from the leads.
I dont say Indian Money is totally fraud, because some leads when i say i am calling from Indian Money they say yes proceed. So this shows that the company has tried to some extent and i think there is no further proper communication from the company to the leads. They dont fully explain either the terms and the products to the leads.
Actually Rs3100/- does not matter me so much but there are many people for those even small amount Matters much. So just be carefull and think think think before entering this company. This is my humble request.
