Indiaplaza.com — Not refunded

I have ordered a Canon ixus 220 Camera on 15.10.2011 and after waiting for a long time it was not delivered till 28.10.2011 and was cancelled on the same day.I was told that it will be credited in 6-7 days but till date (08.11.2011) I have not received the money back. When I call the customer care I was told that it will take another 6-7 days. This delay causes me agony. All the executives I contacted are very unprofessionally speaking.
