Indiaplaza.com — Less Quantity delivered than ordered

I have placed an online order on www.indiaplaza.com for 2 quantities of Vox 7 Inch Tablet(Resistive touch panel) V71 + Free Leather
Case with inbuilt Keyboard on 7th Jan 2013. But on 12th Jan 2013 my order was partially delivered through First Flight courier service with only 1 Qty of the product while the 2 Qty was missing. When I enquired with First Flight they told me to contact the vendor who shipped the product. So I called the IndiaPlaza customer care and filed my complaint with Ticket # PH[protected] on 12th Jan 2013 about the shippment. Till date there's no response from IndiaPlaza about my complaint.When I call the customer care number there's no response.
