Indiaplaza.com — No delivery of item and no response to queries

Hi,

I wanted to bring to your attention an experience I'm having with the customer service of India Plaza on an order I had placed through the website. I have been a frequent customer of indiaplaza.com and had pre-ordered the book "The Oath of the Vayuputras' (Order # I[protected]) on indiaplaza.com to get the book as soon as it got released. I'm quite unhappy that the order is yet to be fulfilled when couple of my friends who had ordered the book through flipkart.com received the item on 28-Feb-2013 itself.

To give you a better picture, I had created a ticket (Ticket # CNT[protected]) on indiaplaza.com on 28-Feb-2013 (after my friends received their copies ordered through flipkart) and I was shown a message that someone would contact me and that I'd get the update by 02-Mar-3013. However the SLA was missed and I added an update on the ticket again on 03-Mar-2013 and I am yet to receive any acknowledgement of my queries from the customer service team other than the automated email about the update. I'm also yet to get delivery of the book.

Such blatant disregard for a customer's concerns and queries is quite detrimental and is equivalent to cheating. I hope that you will look into this matter with the seriousness and urgency it deserves and also take steps to deliver the item at the earliest.
