IndiaPlaza.com — item not received

last year i paid to buy a book from indiaplaza; even after 30 days i did not received the book neither any communication from them; on contacting them , yhey say , it will take another 15-20ndays ; i forced to cancel the order;
Again i made this mistake and order another book which is to be shipped within 3 days by bluedart; that means i must receive it with in 7 days; now its 12 days over, and the book has not been shipped yet; and they dont have the courtsey to reply my queries;

The worst ever Online shopping experience;

Refer my order no:IN[protected], dated 3 Dec 11 at a cost of Rs 199/- which was paid through net banking for shipping to Allahabad.but still now i never receive my order.

As per your last communcation which is send by your team on 24/01/2013 its stated that amount will be credited in my account within 1 buisness day but till today amount is not deposited in my account, again one more disapointment from your side which is creating bad image in heart of customer now i feel its my mistake to purchase any product from "INDIAPLAZA"...

Please confirm AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as 5 buisness working days is already completed from your last conversation.
