Indiatimes — Unnecessary SMS and deduction of amount from my account

On 16.4.2010 I have received SMS on my mobile no. [protected] "Thanks 4 using Wap Subscription Service. Your toal cost is Rs. 30 from No.[protected] and Rs. 30/- had dedcuted from my account. Again on same day Rs. 30/- had deducted from my mobile account. Today i.e. 19.4.2010 I have received SMS Thanks for your subscription to INDIATV day pla. You have been charged Rs. 10/- from No.[protected]. Your subscription expires on 20.4.10 11.38.06. Again another SMS I have received Thanks 4 subscribing to Unlimited Pack. Your Total cost is Rs. 30/-.
You are therefore requested to unsubcribe such unwanted and unnecessary SMS sending from your end and refund my deduction amount of Rs. 100/- at the earliest. In future I do not happen at your end.

Indiatimes.com — Non delivery of gift ordered online

I had ordered a gift (Cake + flowers) to be delivered on my Wife's birthday. But it never got delivered. I informed the customer serivice and they replied saying that they are investigating and will get back in 2-3 days. But they never got back even after repeated mails. It is more than 15 days now.

I have the proof of reciept for the transfer as well as SBI credit card bill, I also have contacted over email and phone for all only STD will and only you are in que, there is no response and there is no direct any contact i[censored] have trouble over such issues, till now IndiaTimes.com neither showing any interest for refund or compentions.

Shopping.Indiatimes.com is a simply head ache, looting customer, its customer care system is pathetic, who cannot track any records of any transection if failed, such also customer care dept may not exisit, the misleading and troubling its customers.

hence Indiatimes shopping i am requesting you its behaving as a fraud company, pathetic and customer harrashing dept once your money goes no return will be there.

Indiatimes is a fraud shopping company, no one must purchage online any of its product, it seems to be genune as big company and give daily ad on news papers, but i[censored] purchage any thing online its your mistake, once ur money has been debited ur account, never ever u get, its burnning example is my self.
its cheating the customer on its own way, indiatimes.com dont have proper customer care for both email/voice support i[censored] call only money has to spoil but no result.

India Times — Unwanted sms charges deduction

Indiatimes every day deducting rs.1 from from my airtel no.[protected] for a service for that ,i had not subscribe.

Please help me as i am not finding any way to stop these service .
