[Resolved] Indiatimes Online Shopping — Product Not Delievered and not received back the refund | |
Dear Sir, I have places an order online on 8th Nov 09 to Shoppling.indiatimes.com vide order no[protected] and made the payment online through Credit card for Rs. 2149.00. Inspite of regular folloups and complaints logged with Customer service Dept on Phone and on mail I haven't received proper response. On requesting them to pls cancell the order and refund the amount, their executive committed that the amount will be refunded by 8th Dec 09. But still the amount has not been refunded to me. You are kindly requested to take the complaint and give me the resolution. Each time calling to customer services creates mental harresment to me. Indiatimes Online Shopping — Refund Amount
Myself is Vivekkumar Vaghela. I ordered online for three product on 6th and 7th January,2012 with the use of my credit card. The product numbers are as following,[protected]

But I gave online request to cancel my orders on 7th January,2012. And also called to customer care for the same.
Even though these products shipped to my shipping address on 10th and 11th January,2012 and I refused to take and sent back.
When I called customer care for refund the amount paid by me with my credit card, but they informed me to wait for 48 hours again and again.
I don’t know why these guys are not helping for my inconvenience. I request you to take some necessary steps for the same.
