Indiatimes Shopping — refund not received

I purchased I phone from indiatimes shopping and received the product which was defective.I asked to replace the product.the product was taken back from me and i again received the same defective product.Then i requested to cancel the order and i sent the product back.But again they sent me the same defective product again.I called so many times in the customer care, everytime they said that they will get back to me in 24 hrs but never received call back from their side.Its almost two and half months now but neither received a proper product nor cash back.Please help me to get back my money.

Order were placed with order number [protected] on 13/3 and later on 18/3 with order number [protected] for micromax fun book which was supposed to be gifted to someone. First time the company cancelled the order saying wrong phone number and still show a paymentof twice the amount actually paid in our acount. This though was refunded.

The second time around they cancelled the order on may 16th or so but have not refunded the money around Rs 8739 which is due to us. Twice over complaints have been raised and closed on the site without addressing the issue. 901769 and now 925379.

There just seems to be inaction in trying to resolve the issue and give us our money. Instead we face scripted responses and poor, malicious and cheating kind of behaviour in closing the complaints

Indiatimes Shopping — CASHBACK NOT RECEIVED

I had placed an order for handycam with indiatimes shopping under the cash back scheme in the month of Aug08. No where then it was mentioned the gift vouchers for cash back wud be issued on a monthlu basis. on my several reminders they gave me few Gift certificates (GC)assuring otheres wud be issued on a later date. then It was Diwali time so I had asked for more GC so that i can buy some gifts for my relatives. In there mail on 11th Oct. they have mentioned that balance GC wud be issued on a monthly basis.. I was getting 7 gc of Rs. 150 every month now when I had asked that there are still 7 Gc left on my account and requested to issue them they are saying that they have already been expired as they were issued in the month of Oct.
I have wriiten a mail in Oct and they have replied to it saying Gc will be issued on a later date and now they say that computer generated mail must have been sent to u abt it.
I have received no mails and no intimation abt those Gc. It is simply there trick to cheat the customers.
I have been in consatnt touch with them then why in none of the mails they have mentioned abt those GC, I have a mail from them in which they have given details of all the GC issued in my name except the ones issued in Oct. It simply indiactes that no GC were issued and now they are trying to save themselves from paying back

I order for Children's Educational Laptop + Sports Watch throw website and pay by credit card.
9 MarchI received mail from India times and they cancelled my order. And they are not ready to refund my money, instate of that they says, they will be refunded in the form of Indiatimes Gift Certificate.

But as my needed Gifts are not available with Indiatimes I need money back.

I order for AAA Battery with charger throw website and pay credit card. I waiting 1 month but i have not recieved said product. After that i contact india times C. Care. they told me our service is not in kashmir further they told me we send refund your Amount Rs. 705.(seven hundrend five only). but till date i have not recieved such any refund your india times.

Indiatimes Shopping — not recieved product after paying

Sir,

i had order a product (attached photo) called leather jacket to indiatimes shopping after seeing their advertisement in the navbharat times newspaper on 10/Jan/2010. i had paid for the same while order for the product on the telephone with my credit card and they had deducted the amount of rs. 1499/- within a second. after confiming my address two or three times during the call they had given me a ref no.[protected].

please note that till now i have not recvd my product and even not recvd any refund.after contacting them through telephone or mails and not receiving any positive response from their side. i am trying to register complain here. today it is been a month they still have my funds with them.

i have placed an order for product (Cimmaron Leather Jacket, Polar Fleece Jacket, Mens Watch and Sunglasses) in the name of Mr. Nikhil Keshav on 10/Jan/2010 with reference no. [protected] for amt. rs. 1449/- total. on phone with Mr. Prabhakar. He assured me to deliver my product within 13 days from 10/Jan/2010. I had given me address (C-13, IInd Floor, Sudarshan Park, New Delhi - 110015.) and confirmed the same twice or thrice before disconnecting the call. i made my payment through credit card.

On sunday 24/Jan/2010. i called your customer care no upon not receiving my order till date. your executive given me consignment no.[protected] and advised me to call TNT courier service for not receiving the consignment. i had called the courier service they checked and confirmed me that they have delivered the consignment on 22/Jan/2010 itself at some address in preet vihar.

Now can you explain the whole matter as how is this type of mistake can happen. As i have made payment with the name of Nikhil Keshav and the product has been delivered to some one elses address.

It is been 17 days now and i yet to receive my product. i doubt that i would receive it in future also.

Please revert back with clarification and suggestion if any to the above mentioned problem.

i ordered the product by seeing it in the indiatimes news paper.it was having an offer of getting gift certificate of rs 1000 free with it, when i received the product thereafter i asked for the rs 1000 GC but they told me that GC number will be given to you online at ur mail id and u will have to shop online for that . i went on for the mail and checked the mail i received the GC number.but i m unable to get the purchase of things from this GC.
it is getting very costly for me to sit on internet as it is creating problem in redeeming the GC value .neither anyof customer care service of india times did anything.whenever i called them with my mobile they said me to send the problem page which i did 2-3 times but all in vain.moreover customer care of india times shopping is not providing any type of help

I ordered a book &#039;The pregnant king&#039; from indiatimes shopping on 29 jan 2013. My order number is [protected]. The book was supposed to deliver by 6th feb 2013 . The book was sent by Bluedart courier AWB no [protected]. I never received that book. When i called to bludart customer care they said that the book had been returned to its origin as they coudnt find the location. The location was my office address(Whitefield Bangalore) and i have received many couriers here from many courier services including Bluedart. After that I called indiatimes Shopping customer service. They told that as they had received the book they were cancelling the order and I would get the refund in 7 working day.
Its been 2.5 months and still there 7 Working days are not over. I have called then N number of times but every times they&#039;ll say it&#039;ll get resolved within 7 working days.

I am tired of this now. I want full refund and action against Indiatimes Shopping.
