am not open my id

I am unable to log in my id [protected]@indiatimes.com. Its saying authentication failed. Please try and start it as soon as possible because i have all my important mails coming in this id. Iam very badly stuck because of this problem.

my email id [protected]@indiatimes.com is opening but when i am openinng itimes it is not opening why? then i apply two method is that click on forget password after entering the id password came to my id but is password and id is not working in itimes but it is working in indiatimes .com why?

Dear All,
I have a email account [protected]@indiatimes.com which has stopped working for last two months.Earlier when ever I tried to login, message was shown to me that service ins temporarily unavailable.I wrote several times to feedback services of indiatimes and everytime my feed bck was shown as registered and assurace given that this problem would be rectified.But it never happened in reality.Even today after writing several times to them when I tried to login, the message flashed"service temporaily not availble.Then I tried to find out if I have forgotten the password, then to my surprise message shown to me was 'this is invalid email id.These unfortunate things dont happen with my accounts with other websites.Why only with indiatimes and that too with [protected]@indiatimes.com which is used only of normal and important communications/I don't know when will I get rid of such problems?

I'm unable to log in to my indiatimes mail. Whenever i log in l get a message "Unknown network service error has occured". When i try to raise this complaint in the 'feedback' link it again prompts 'Enter a valid email id' despite i give the correct id. Somebody please help me to resolve it. As now i primarily use only my indiatimes mail for personal contacts.

this is sumit here from pune city.i wanted to know what are the legal documents you require for to disclose any information for a particular mail id..as i have interacted with my frined on his india times mail id..and now he has done a fraud of crores of Rs.and i have marked him the mails since january 2009.and i have filed a legal case against him in the court of law.for this he might deny that the mail id is not his.thus for this what legal documents do you requie so that i can get the details of his account mail id.i require the ip address the last time when the mail was accessed and the complete correspondence by which it will be easy to prove the case.

From many years I have been using a email mail box i.e. "[protected]@indiatimes.com", but from yesterday it has not been opening, giving mesg. "connection was refused when attempting to contact mb7.indiatimes.com"

thats why i am using another mail box for giving to this mail. pls help on this matter technically.

I am unable to access the indiatimes email account since Monday 21st July 2009, my Indiatimes email id is primary email account used by me over other email accounts.
