india today magazine — not received gift

after paying one year subscription for indis today magezine i have not received free gift as there was offer
from company. once i have reminded on the helpline but nothing happen

India Today — Free Gift not received

I subscribed to India Today magazine and my subscription number is ITE434460.
I received a subscription letter dated 25.11.2008 in which it was mentioned that a gift of "Reebok Duffle Bag" shall be reaching me within the next 8-10 weeks time. It is going to be almost twenty weeks, but I have not received my gift as yet. I sent three reminders by e-mail but only thing I received was polite assurances. Please help

Reference my Order ID : MITBC-WEB[protected] aganist which I have received pack of 8 CDs on 28.03.09 against payment of Rs999/=. but I have not received XXL Size REEBOCK T-Shirt and ADIDAS Bag as ASSURED FREE GIFTS till today(01.05.09)
Do I consider it as malpractice in which case I shall be constrained to take legal stepss.

I have sent renewal for further 5 years thru credit card on FEB 2nd week and an amount Rs 4999/- debited in my account. till date i have not received gift Mobile or letter from you.please look in to the matter and send issues and gift mobile very soon. please reply immediatly. Why this is happening. Now a days have you changed the vendor or is misusing the issues. If you ar eunable to send the issues and gtift of mobile phone please the amount of Rs. 4999/-may be credited in our credit card.
