I made payment on BSNL mahashtra landline online bill payment portal. The payment is in 3 steps. Step1: Landline No.[protected] entered correct & Bill amount Rs.1868/- appeared.Selected ICICI Bank & payment gateway of Icici Bank appeared. Step 2: Payment made reference BIL/[protected]/bsnl bill/BSNL_MICI001894 dted 12th January 2010. The payment is debited rom my ICICI Bank & credited to IndiaIdeas.com Step 3: The receipt is not generated. Please help me in confirmation of this amount paid to BSNL Pune aginst my Landline bill dated 7th January 2010. Was this information helpful? | |

indiraidea.com — Deducted the amount twice from my Bank account
Hi,I paid AIRTEL broadband bill online on Jan 10th 2011, one time the transaction was not successful and I tried again it went successful.
But from my bank account it has with drawn the amount(882 Rs) twice, i keep sending mail to INDIAIDEAS.COM it is almost 1month they have dedcuted the amount and it was not returned to my account.
After multiple mails i sent to them with details.
there are two transactions from my account[protected] and[protected].
Out of these[protected] is the extra transaction and it has deducted 882 extra amount from my account.
