[Resolved]  indiraidea.com — Transaction failed but amount deducted from account

Hi,

I had done a booking for an AIR India flight using net banking through IndiaIdeas.com. However before the ticket could be generated the network failed.
As a result the amount has been deducted from my bank account but no ticket has been booked. PFB the details of my transaction:

Payment Id:[protected]
Date of transaction : 7 Jan 2011.
Amount : 3550.0 /-

Kindly provide me an update on when will the amount be transaferred back to my account.

indiraidea.com — transaction unsuccessful

I paid my vodafone bill of Rs 1548.00 on 07-04-09, through their Citibank billing gateway.Unusually no transaction Id reflected and message received" transaction not successful", but from my ICICI bank message received that "you have made a ransaction of Rs 1548.00 to indiaideas.com"But amount not credited in vodafone account.
I booked two tickets from the yatra.com web site on 05/05/2009 and no transaction id reflected or no message also received, transaction was not successful. but from my AXIS bank A/C rs 7716.00 was deducted. My transaction id is (ICONN/9284563/[protected]/050509/[protected]). Please take this matter seriously.

This is Abhilash From hyderabad here to ask you to support my problem that on 23 june i have booked ticket to New York (JFK) from hyderabad for 10 AUGUST 2009. Every thing gone fine Till payment and then qatar site after payment says that "maintanance problem try again later" but money has been debited to qatar from my credit card. So, today morning i have called to qatar customer regarding this they said to contact with your bank, then i made a call to icici they said money has been debited to qatar airways and they given me a unique id and said to say tis id to qatar airways. The id is 149086. After that customer support of qatar mailed me that " We advise that the below transaction is not successful and the amount is now voided. Hence Qatar Airways does not hold any amount from this transaction. Kindly coordinate with your card-issuing bank for the voided amount".Please do resopon as earliest about my status.
