[Resolved] Indus Tower — non payment of rent and Agreement copy
I have leased my premise to Indus Tower w.e.f. 28th July , 2009 at Chandranagar,Palakkad,Kerala. After my insistance , I was paid three months rent as advance on 12th Dec.2009,as per the agreement, and the Tower work started on the same day.Now the tower work is almost completed .So far I have not been paid the rent w.e.f.28th July,2009.I have also not received the copy of the agreement signed by the Signatory of Indus Tower.A Mobile service provider has also started work to instal their equipments on the Tower.
I am not getting a proper response from the indus tower staff.
Had I known this site of Indus Tower before leasing out, I would have had different opinion about leasing my premise to Indus Tower. Now, I really regret my decision to lease out my premise to Indus Tower.
Hope, Indus Tower authorities will notice this grievance and make arrangement to pay me the rent w.e.f.28th July, 2009 and send me the copy of the agreement signed by the authorised signatory of Indus Tower at the earliest and let me know the contact number and address of the person of Indus Tower, to be contacted on regular basis for any grievances.
I had no other choice than to report my grievance in this site.
