[Resolved] Indus Tower — non payment of rent and Agreement copy | |
I have leased my premise to Indus Tower w.e.f. 28th July , 2009 at Chandranagar,Palakkad,Kerala. After my insistance , I was paid three months rent as advance on 12th Dec.2009,as per the agreement, and the Tower work started on the same day.Now the tower work is almost completed .So far I have not been paid the rent w.e.f.28th July,2009.I have also not received the copy of the agreement signed by the Signatory of Indus Tower.A Mobile service provider has also started work to instal their equipments on the Tower. I am not getting a proper response from the indus tower staff. Had I known this site of Indus Tower before leasing out, I would have had different opinion about leasing my premise to Indus Tower. Now, I really regret my decision to lease out my premise to Indus Tower. Hope, Indus Tower authorities will notice this grievance and make arrangement to pay me the rent w.e.f.28th July, 2009 and send me the copy of the agreement signed by the authorised signatory of Indus Tower at the earliest and let me know the contact number and address of the person of Indus Tower, to be contacted on regular basis for any grievances. Please provide as much information as possible...dear respected sir, I am Puran lal sah village chhara-khairna post office garampani distt nainital uttarakhand pin number 263135.my land at khairna garampani bazaar near n. h.87e.I have khatooni my land. my land size 3000'feet.I agree with company norm's. our area have not covered by aircel Airtel uninor tatadocomo MTS Videocon vargin etc company network problem. if company installation of tower I give my land for tower installation use any time. my c.n.[protected].my email address is:[protected]@gmail .com

I am Puran Gurung, Resident of Bijanbari, Darjeeling, West Bengal. On 25th July 2010 Indus Tower required extra Land for the instalation of BTS and Other Equipment of Two Companies i.e IDEA and UNINOR.There was no other option for the Indus to use my land which is adjoining to the previous Indus tower so I have given my land for the same meauring 256 Sqf.Now Both the Machine o[censored]NINOR & IDEA are working. I have Submitted All the Relavent document of My land to Indus Authoritiy named Bishal Anand. But I am not getting any agreement and rent of this area even a response from him.
I hope The Authorities will notice my grievance and make Paytment and agreement.
