Sub: Agreement of Lease dt. 9th May 2007 towards
providing space for installing your Tower.





In respect of the agreement dt.9.5.2007 entered into by me with you at Hubli, let me submit as follows.

Agreement completed a term of 1st three years on the 31st March 2010. In terms of said agreement (I.I) I am entitled for an enhancement of rent with effect from 1st April 2010 to the extent of 10% of Rs. 5000/-. This comes to Rs.500/- per month so that rent with effect from 1.4.2010 will be Rs.5, 500/- per month.

Since this is my first experience in respect of installation of the Tower I have gathered some experience during the last 2/3 years or more. Your personnel are not co-operating in maintaining cleanliness of the area allotted to you and during the transporting of diesel, battery and other materials the staircase and other related area is spoilt to a great extent. The tiles used for the flooring also needs to be changed now. This is owing to the carriage of battery containing acid which get spilled during carriage to the top. Further the D.G.Set is no installed properly hence there is lot of vibration sound occurring. Due to this the platform of the D.G.Set got considerable cracks. Resulting to this in rainy season there is water leakages in the ceiling of the entire building.















In view of the above and in view of the rising cost of maintenance, City Municipal Corporation Taxes, and increase in rent for similar areas in Hosur, Hubli I am unable to agree for a meager increase of 10% in rent per month with effect 1.4.2010.

I hope you will understand the seriousness of this matter and will confirm favorably on or before 15th October 2010.

i am staying in ground plus 4 building where i have purchased 2 floors and the remaining 3 floors are with the original landlordsince last 3.4 years.our land lord has installed tower and the big generator set on our roof terrace without our consent,without local nagarpalika consent and without any strucutural enginner certifiacate and this tower and the dg set is causing lot of noise poolutuion to us as we are leaving on the top floor
also we have a maternity hospital on the mezznine floor of the same building so the tower is not ideally alllowed still inspite of lot of comlaints nobody is listing to us what should we do to remove this illegal tower and the dg set which is installed illegally without our and nagarpalikas consent

I have leased my premise to Indus Tower w.e.f. 28th July , 2009 at Chandranagar,Palakkad,Kerala. After my insistance , I was paid three months rent as advance on 12th Dec.2009,as per the agreement, and the Tower work started on the same day.Now the tower work is almost completed .So far I have not been paid the rent w.e.f.28th July,2009.I have also not received the copy of the agreement signed by the Signatory of Indus Tower.A Mobile service...

i have been made ur costemer before three month and ur company employee have agreement with me for 15 years @ 7000 per month , after one month work has been started for execution of tower but sudenly they stop the work and said we cant implement the tower due to varanasi development authorty notice, all the good are stay as it at the out of my home and i tried to contact with ur guys but no body give responce.

as per agreement my first 7000 Rs could be received by me till date but i am not recieved my agreement amount , so i am requesting to u plz do needfull other wise i will be go for legal

i saw the add in news paper and call the given number [protected] and [protected] italk with ritu and tell me the company name is indus tower and adress of gurgaon as same as your site because i want to given my land to tower co for rent and according to his ideposited Rs 5000in arun gupta account of pnnjab national bank the ac no is[protected] on18/12/2009 and after she tell that his company men are come to amritsar and see my land...

1.Owner of House No.98 Sector 47 Gurgaon,is getting installed mobile tower on the roof of his house which is a residential area developed by HUDA where commercial activities are not allowed as per Huda rules. But the owner of the house is getting it done without caring for rules .
2.No permission install the tower has been taken from the comptent authority i.e.HUDA.
3.installation of mobile tower in residential area is a serius human health hazard as its ELECTROMAGNETIC radiations promote SKIN CANCER , BRAIN TUMOR , NAUSEA, SLEEPLESSNESS, PREGNANCY TERMINATION among wemon ,adverse effect of mental growthn of children etc.As per latest research on advers effect of MOBILE TOWERS on human health.
4.Vibrations caused by Powerful genset will cause irreparable loss to my house No. 99 sector 47 whitch has a common wall with house no. 98 .
5.R W A of this sector has also objected to it ,and has given the complaint to the Administrator huda Gurgaon
