I bought a Samsung mobile from infibeam.com . The mobile came with manufacturing defect where 'S' button was not working. For one week I continuous called Infibeam customer care and they told me that they would replace the phone. After one week they are not saying that please get it repaired from nearest samsung service center. This is great example of bad online shopping experience in India.
