Infibeam.com — Faulty Funbook P360 | |
I have purchased Micromax Funbook P360 thru infibeam.com wide order no. 10834202 and the same was delivered on 3.6.13. But it's Mobile Network is not working since Day1. Upon complain to infibeam.com, they asked to visit Micromax Service center for checking of Tablet. Service Center told upon checking on 15.6.13 that this problem can not be repaired here and the same needs to be sent to Micromax.In fact I arranged a talk between service center & infibeam.com customer care and after that infibeam CC told me that they will arrange a pick for my Tablet for replacement. But even after 8 days have passed, I have not received a word from infibeam.com. This is worst kind of experience a customer can go thru on purchasing a product from infibeam.com where they are not bothering to even call you for any kind of help.
