[Resolved] Infibeam.com — Non replacement of defective items | |||
I had ordered a Philips juicer at infibeam in the month of December 2012. I got the plastic jug accompanying the juicer in completely broken position. Based on the suggestion of infibeam, I returned the broken jug. But they have not replaced it even after three months. Earlier they were saying that they will replace it soon. But not they have stopped replying to my mail. Let me know the procedure to complain against this company for the mental pain for the last three months. Was this information helpful? | |||
