[Resolved]  Infosys Technologies Ltd — Not received PAN card, not able to know the status

hi,
i have applied for PAN card on 2nd september 2008 through a vendor from Bajaj Capitals, my application details are
First Name: Kiran
Sur Name : Katam
Date of Birth:[protected]
application No:[protected]
coupon No:[protected]
i haven't receive my PAN card yet, even i am not able to track the status of my PAN in the website: www.utitsl.co.in/pan/pancardsearch, and showing as No Results found, Please Try Again.

but when tried to track my PAN in https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/knowpan/SearchPAN.do
its giving the details of my PAN# and jurisdiction as APR/W/82/1.

can u please look into it, and let me know why i am not able to track my PAN in utitsl site, and why i still didn't get my PAN card.
