I am enclosing a letter sent to pf office delhi on 29th Oct 2008 as follows,

Respected Sir / Madam,

This is with reference to your enclosed letter received (REF No.NHP06/28410958/ 23746/4968/R1.No/NHP06/28410959/23746/4968) towards PF withdrawal payment for my PF account no. 23746/4968.

As per the letter, you had issued cheque no. 702611 Dated 30/06/2008 for Rs. 8658/- & cheque no. 247167 dated 30/06/2008 for Rs. 2829/- in favour of ICICI Bank A/c no.[protected], which was my company salary A/c. closed in Sept, 2007 as I discontinued from my work. After enquiring with ICICI Bank, I was informed that the cheque has been returned to the issuer as the abovementioned salary account is no longer existed.


I would therefore request you to kindly look into this matter, & reissue the cheque to my new Saving account no. as mentioned below,

Till date i have not recd. any response, even i have called at the PF office & spoke to Chawla but no response. this is pathetic that for my own money i have to beg. request you to look into this matter & resolve the same.
