Dear Sir,I have submit the EPF Claim form in month of Sep'08 in our Organasation ( Infovision Services) but till date we have not received the payment . you are requsted to kindly help on this

I am not aware of my P.F.Account No. as it was not provided by your end.I want to withdraw my P.F. Amount so please provide me the P.F NO and the process of application and Kolkata Branch Address of your esteemed organization.
