[Resolved]  Inox Leisure Ltd Pune — refund of failed online payment

Dear Sir/madam,
i had booked 03 tickets on 07 jun 10 online for a movie in Visakapatnam at Varun Beach multiplex.
However, the transaction failed post online payment through VISA gateway.
Details of transaction are as follows:-
date: 07 Jun 10
Amount: INR 345.
payment description as in account statement: VIN/M/s. Inox L/[protected]/0
Transaction ID obtained from ICICI bank: IN[protected]N[protected]

Initially Refund was sought from the ICICI bank. however, the bank states that the transaction was complete and payment was delivered to INOX LEISURE LTD PUNE. But, the tickets were never booked nor the transaction was confirmed.
INOX authorities have responded to several refund requests
