[Resolved]  Investors Clinic — Fraud activities and wrong commitments by Investors Clinic

I am really constraint to write this complaint mail.

The problem started from the day one only.
As we were looking for a residential flat in Delhi NCR. We went for a visit to Noida's upcoming residential sector 137, where we meet one Mr. Yogesh from Investor Clinic. He recommended PARAS Buildtech's new residential project at PARAS TIERRA Society. We agreed to book the flat (on condition that we will be alloted the floor no. 1 in tower 19) and gave a cheque of Rs. 100000/- as booking amount. After getting the cheque Mr. Yogesh didn't turned up & finally after few days we got the allotment letter from Paras. We were shocked to see that the unit booked was at the floor no. 4 and that's too in the different tower 20. We made it very clear to Mr. Yogesh at the time of handing over the cheque and documents (where we wrote floor 1 in tower 19 as our preference) that if we were alloted the desired unit then we will go ahead else we are not interested. We don't want any other unit which is not matching our preference. But all in vain as from that day neither Mr. Yogesh turned up nor any one else from Investor's clinic.

We are under tremendous pressure for making the payment and that's too for the non desirable unit. Its a flat we were planning for our own use & it means a lot to us.

Please help us in getting the right unit else the refund of amount along with the compensation from the fraudulent concerns.
