I had booked LPG refill using the computerised gas booking system of IOC on 20/07/09.( Consumer No.1088, Divya Gas Agency, Karikode, Kollam, Kerala ). As the gas was not supplied till today(29/08/09), I contacted the agency over phone. The gas agency informed me that the booking has been cancelled by the IOC due to shortage of gas and that the agency themselves is booking my case as a fresh one now and that gas will be supplied within two weeks. They further informed me that all the computerised bookings have been cancelled and that all those who had contacted the agency directly were supplied gas. My fault is that I had not contacted the agency directly. I doubt it is part of a master plan to torpedo the computerised booking system. Was this information helpful? |
