Any complaint or grievance from a consumer must be act/answered just below the complaint to assure the customer that IOC does act and not just collect complaints. Unless action taken or being taken is posted this portal is of no practical value. This helps to better your public image as a PSU- a NAVARATNA!! Being a large company( monopoly) does not mean that you cannot think on these lines. Now that we make this request, please think and act!
