Dear Customer care, I have LPG connection with Aman Gas Agency, Basti Jodhewal, Ludhiana. I have Booked for refilling of my LPG on 30.09.09, vide booking No.136. My Consumer No. is AG01096. Deeply regret to say that till date I have not received my re-filling even after my daily follow up with the Aman gas agency. Respected sir,

I have a complaint regarding the customer service of the gas agency at Alandur, Chennai (St. Thomas Mount. P.O).And also I have some doubt about the delivery of the gas cylinders also.

They are not responding when we are directly appearing.
They are not respond our phone calls.
We are not received LPG on time they will take more than 40 - 45 days,

The agency people never treat us in good manner.So we have to quarrel with them always. All the people residing in Alandur, area has lots of complaints against Sridas Gas Agency. Marrison Street. Alandur, Chennai - 600 016.

Sir, Please do something so that we get the gas properly.
