sub:this is regarding delay in distribution in LPG cylinders.
sir,
i am the resident of BHEL LIG 182, BHARATHINAGAR RC.PURAM HYDERABAD 502032,
I have a gas connection no:1280 with the distributor naming BRUNDHAVAN GAS SERVICE situated in our locality,
I booked a cylinder on 3rd of jan and i was told that gas would be delivered with in 10 days, as the days passed there was no sign of any delivery on being inquired i was told an un professional reason that the delivery boy has gone to some religious place so there will be a delay in gas distribution,
on being asked for a complaint book they gave me a rough book and to told to right any thing u want in a harsh language, i knew this would go to the dust bin, so i demanded them the complaint number, i was amazed to here that all hesitated to give me the number, one of the unbelievable reason given to me was the whole staff newly appointed they don't know any thing about the complaint numberor the complaint book.I got the gas delivered on 23 of jan,
I request the concern authorities to look into the matter and make sure that every distributor maintains basic facility of maintaining a complaint book which is checked regularly so that customers can show their grief towards the faulty service of the distributer.
