Sir, with due respect I the under signed regret to inform you that "SONARPUR GAS" denied to book my Domestic Gas booking request on 08/7/09, vide my Consumer No.2452, though my last booking date was 20/04/09 vide No.8240 and delivered on 24/04/09 i.e. a gap of 02(two)months 14(fourteen) days . I am in afraid of that the said "Sonarpur Gas" might misuse my alloted monthly quota to other consumers for to earn extra in illegal manner. Inspite of my earnest request to book in f/o me as I am facing acute cooking Gas crisis, the counter staff denied to book in most arrogance manner and told me to come after 10th July'09.
I therefore earnestly requesting to make a necessary enquiry why they have turndowned my booking request. Pray for your kind help to teach those arrogant "Sonarpur Gas", so that they cann't do such non- coopeation to their customers in near future.
