[Resolved] Irctc — Refund for Partially Waitlisted ticket PNR no. [protected] | |||
Hi, I booked 4 e-tickets through IRCTC from Amritsar to Delhi. All the tickets were in wait-listed. On the day of Journey only two out of the four tickets got confirmed and rest were still showing as wait-listed. I sent an email to IRCTC regarding the same, and they assured me that it would get refunded within 90 days. The TDR was filled on 1st of April 2010. I waited for 90 days, but nothing was refunded back. I started sending emails for the status enquiry of my TDR refund, but got no response from the team. Now it has been over 120 days, but have not received any refund from them for the two unconfirmed tickets. Please let me know to whom shall i get in touch with to get th refund from IRCTC and th Railways. Below are theTransaction Details PNR Number: [protected] Ticket Type: eticket . I am facing the same problem. On calling IRCTC, the call center assistant told me that they have no defined process for partially waitlisted tickets. They will not refund the waitlisted tickets automatically.
