[Resolved] Irctc — regarding railway e-ticket transaction failure | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I was booking for Tatkal E-ticket from MAS to SBC on 27-dec-2011 for journey date 28-dec-2011, but after i made my payment of Rs 268 on my debit card IRCTC site didnt open and message came that error occured. I check for the refund status for failed transaction which shows that i made no payment. Transaction id = [protected] amount: Rs 258 + extra(10) for sbi card bank charges. sbi bank detials for above transaction is "POS[protected] IRCTC " Kindly do the needful Nagesh [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Its not from mas to ndls, by mistake i have written that.When I was booking my tatkal ticket from irctc eticket booking account for bhubaneswar to bokaro steel city date[protected], my balance has been deducted from my sbi account but I was unable to recive my ticket from irctc transaction history on irctc website.So I kindly request to irctc eticket management to refund my balance in to my account my account no is :[protected]
