Most humble i beg to state that there has been a double payment made in my account.I sanjay soni booked a tatkal e-ticket on 9/5/10 for travelling from koraput to bhubnashwar date of journey was 11/5/10.While booking the ticket and after pressing the pay button at the last option suddenly an error occured and my system turned off after that when i again login and again booked my ticket for the same reservation on same time amount of Rs 951/- was deducted from my account twice.
whereas on the booked history ticket was booked only once but when i checked my account's mini statement amount was deducted twice of RS 951/- on 9/5/10.
