[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Money not refunded after failed transaction.

Hello, my name is Pradeep Kumar,
I tried to book a ticket from irctc on[protected] from irctc app but due to some problem, the ticket booking failed, and money was deducted. As per irctc refund status, it shows that "Refund not credited to your account due to account closed/card expired, etc. Kindly communicate with your bank" Then I called my bank they said my account is active and nothing wrong with your account I also had a talk with customer service but they did not help me. Then I mailed to irctc to explain my issue they said that your problem is forwarded to the concerned department and they would send you a reply. That was 3 days ago no reply. Today I mailed again but they are not responding.
