Irctc — E Ticket Reservation -

Dear Sir/Madam,

This mail is regarding the reservation of eticket.
Though the availability of tickets from Hotagi (HG) to Yashwanthpur (YPR), it shows 175 tickets available, before I book the ticket.
After booking eticket & making payment online, ticket status is waiting list. how come this can happen? Pls see the ticket details below.
Please clarify these things to me. Though it has taken full money but ticket status is waiting list. Its really injustice with the customers.
Please read the mail till the end and kindly do the justice with me. I have also attachedthe ticket details below. Pls have a look into this.

Because of this mistake I lost many things, my work got disturbed. Though I am cancelling my tickets for now but i need justice and my booking & cancelling chanrges charges should and must be refunded.
