This mail is regarding the reservation of eticket.
Though the availability of tickets from Hotagi (HG) to Yashwanthpur (YPR), it shows 175 tickets available, before I book the ticket.
After booking eticket & making payment online, ticket status is waiting list. how come this can happen? Pls see the ticket details below.
Please clarify these things to me. Though it has taken full money but ticket status is waiting list. Its really injustice with the customers.

Because of this mistake I lost many things, my work got disturbed. Though I am cancelling my tickets for now but i need justice and my booking & cancelling chanrges charges should and must be refunded.

today i booked 1 tried to book one ticket from aluva to new delhi in kerala express my id is aishviva, after completing the form i went to the payment gateway of SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD then i paid for the ticket and after some time of processing i got the message that your session has been expired and i didnt get any ticket information and amount has been deduted from my account what is this plz check this out and confirm me regarding how can i get the ticket or my account amount
