Irctc — CANCELLATION AMOUNT NOT REFUNDED | |
I have booked a Ticket wide PNR [protected] and cancelled on 9-3-2009 with transaction id [protected]. Subsequently I have received a mail from IRCTC that the money has been refunded to my account on 21-03-09. After a week I have checked my account and found that there is no such refund and immidiately I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in also mailed to my Banker CITI Bank and confirmed the same. Also i had sent account statement to IRCTC stating that there is no refund. Despite of several calls to IRCTC ( Very poor communication & and no pleasing speach also not attentive) they are bluffing me that they have made payment and disconnecting the phone. This shows their negligence over the customer also they are not bothering about my issue. They are troubling me a lot. Who can help in this issue? Is IRCTC is a genuin site because we are giving our ctredit card/debit card information there( After speaking to them i found it is not upto the mark and they are not in the process of improving quality since it is central Govt organisation. Amount deducted but ticket not booked
I tried twice but I am unable to generate the Ticket via IRCTC hence I am requesting you to please refund the amount.
