[Resolved]  Irctc — TDR Status after 15 months

TDR Status after 15 months

I have filed a TDR for the the train delayed by more then 11 hrs.
After filing the TDR within 2 days the status became Admin approaved but till date refund didn't happened... I have send repeted mails on [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in but of no use. Each time i received below email from tdrprocess.

"Dear customer,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No. [protected] has been forwarded to CCM/North Western Railway. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.. "


Following are my details as per IRCTC website...

Reason For TDR :On-Request
TDR Status :Admin Approved
Reference No :ekt[protected]
TDR Filing Date :10-Mar-2008
Refund Status :Refund under Process
Refund Date :Not Available

I had applied for TDR on 28.04.2009 for the PNR number PNR Number

[protected] Booked On[protected] with Transaction ID [protected]


Where-in none of the passenger traveled or boarded the train


While checking the status in TDR history section, the TDR status is

showing as ADMIN Approved but still haven't received the refund yet


Kindly request you to process the refund as early as possible
