Irctc — Problems in handling irctc site-a real mockery out there!!! | |
This is to inform you that after the introduction of 2 days for tatkal sewa, the service has become pathetic... I used to book ticket through normal quota and if i don't get the ticket then i easily get the tickets in tatkal quota...But after the introduction of 2 days for tatkal quota from 01/08/2009, it has become a headache for us, every time i try to book ticket through tatkal service it says not available...I agree that that it may not be available...But when i try to book a ticket through tatkal sewa for 2oth of the month then i should apply after 18th of that month...But unfortunately it shows that there are no tickets for 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28... I do have a question ----if there is a 2 days advance booking for tatkal then how can it show for the status after 20, because if i need to book a ticket through tatkal for 27, then i should try after 25...So how is possible that when i try to book for 20th ticket on 18th and i get to see the rest of months ticket's not available? What is this??? It is simply harassment of people like us... This is not the first time i am facing this problem...This problem has started from 01/08/2009 itself...And i face this problem every time i try to book ticket through irctc site...Finding no reason out i need to book the ticket from the railway counter itself... I beg to say that if this is the type of service you are providing then what's the need of having an account???????????? I have also attached a word documents regarding the status shown ...
