[Resolved] Irctc — Money lost due to site maintenance by irctc

I was booking a tatkal ticket from udupi to new delhi. every thing was going on fine, but when i entered all my details for payment such as my ATM card no. and other details it showed an error. When i checked money in my bank an amount of Rs. 1847 has been deducted. Later when i tried the website again it is showing that website is down due to some maintenance reason. Now my money is lost and I want it back as no ticket has been booked. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

dear sir, i had booked a ticket(pnr no.--[protected]) from sealdah to njp(actual fair 239/-) through my sbi atm card & i pay 249/- for my ticket but when i update my account, i see cut of money is 259/-. i hope you will kindly handle this matter and return my exrta paying money. thanking you, yours faithfully dr.c s biswas(19, 01, 2010)
