sir,

To day i had booked tkt for Mumbai central to Ghaziabad (Golden temple mail) through ur irctc.co.in ( am using for last 7 years). travvelling date is 5th Feb. Transcation has been finished and got the Transaction Id is [protected]. But i failed to get Tkt and not showing in the Booked history or i didnt get mail normally i get after booking in my hot mail ID [protected]@hotmail.com..... In my bank also showing transaction for the above has been finished.

i have booked ticked from begumpet to guntur junction . i have entered my card number, valid date of that card, pin and card holers name.aftery clicking 'pay' i got "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" error. and the following is

my assigned id : 1230496. till now i didn't got my ticket. kindly help me
