Refund instruction for amount of Rs.2090.00 towards the refund due for the cancellation of Ticket vide PNR [protected] has been issued to electronic payment gateway on 01/11/2008 11:12:07 PM. Same shall appear in your account within two to three working days. You are requested to please check with your credit card issuing banks regarding the same. i booked ticket from mysore to jaipur on 29 may 08 for date 3july. pnr no. was [protected] and transaction id was [protected] . the same day as my plan changed, i cancelled my ticket, though it shows 1474 rs returned but still not credited in my account. plz see the same and credit as early as possible.

Booked ticket (paid 47000+/- through credit card) on 15th September 2008 for Best of Kerala Package Scheduled 24th October. Received a confirmation email from IRCTC instantly. Their services have been excellent till now.
On the 22nd October, when I contacted them on details, was told that the tour was not supposed to go this day and there was a mistake on irctc's part!
I am not sure when I get back my refunds and am under trauma on a cancelled vacation.
Not sure who is the right person/forum I should approach. please guide.

On the 22nd October, when I contacted them on details, was told that the tour was not supposed to go this day and there was a mistake on irctc's part!
I am not sure when I get back my refunds and am under trauma on a cancelled vacation.
Not sure who is the right person/forum I should approach. please guide.
