while booking etickets by using PNB gateway my transaction failed and the amount of RS 10530 is debited from my account and is credited to the a/c of Indiadeas.com Pvt ltd.It been 5 days and my amount has not been revert back yet.

my booking transaction ID NO.[protected] from HTK to KYN on 19.01.2015 is failed but amount of Rs.1051.24is debited through my account while net banking transaction

i booked a ticket from bangalore to vishakapatnam with journey date 06-oct-2010 to prasanthi express train using my sbi debit card the amount is debited from my account but no ticket is booked. I got a thank you msg from sbi gate way for my transaction of Rs. 734 with RR no[protected] and transaction failed status as follows in IRCTC website. what does it mean is it required to book my ticket again or is this ticket is booked....? when can i get my refund money back
