[Resolved] Irctc — Problem with the irctc-boarding point page | |
There is problem with the page where it asks for the boarding point. For the passengers who are getting reservation in tatkal scheme have a problem with the boarding date. It only specifies the date of journey. The boarding date only comes after the ticket booking is done and payment is made which surprises many of them with the boarding date as I was surprised today. I lost more than Rs1000 in this process after getting it cancelled. Please send this mail across to the higher authorities of railways where some action can be taken in this regard. My cancelled ticket pnr no:[protected] My mobile number:[protected] This is for every Indian who is using this irctc booking site and trying to take ticket in tatkal scheme. Whenever we are going to book current ticket at 10:00am site is showing this site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time. But after one or two minutes in same logging session it will open with waiting /regret.no booking

on 7/3/12 i have booked 2 tickets from SC to NLR the ticket was processed after the 3rd time payment. On 8-3-12 I have updated my pass book the amount of Rs.227/- was debited three times instead of one time. The details of Transaction ID No.[protected] and PNR No, [protected]. So, please check the transaction and refund my amount of Rs.554/- which was wrongly debited in my account.
