[Resolved] Irctc — Train Cancelled No Refund | |
Sir I have booked a ticket PNR[protected], Transaction ID [protected] from Duvidha(DVD) to Howrah(HWH) by 8646 on 20-Jun-2008. Due to flood in Orissa, 8646 East Coast Express was short terminated at Vizag. Hence I could not make the journey. I was informed that I will be eligible for full refund as I had not made the journey. But I was not able to cancel the ticket online as it stated Charting Done. I have forwarded the request of cancellation to [protected]@irctc.co.in and got a prompt reply of refund within 90 days. More than 90 days are over, I have still not received the refund. Inspite of repeated mail to irctc no response is received till date. IRCTC is making fool to the people. Was this information helpful? | |

thair are vary bad service given by railway in case of e-ticketing refund case .
