Irctc — e-Ticket Cancelled without any confirmation

i got e-ticket duly confirmed no. [protected] with transaction ID [protected]. I am not able to digest that without getting the money how can thay confirm the ticket. Secondly more over after confirnation they have cancelled my ticket without any inforamtion. i have to travel tomorrow with my family and due to unavailabilty of ticket i am not able to travel. who is responsible for this harrasment ?????????? Hello,

Today (5/01/2011) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 07115 Hyd Qln Exp from secunderabad station to ernakulan town boarding on 7/01/2011 for v badresham. Unfortunately after the payment was made through andhrabank payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. i got a balance deducted message from my account to my mobile..
Expecting a reply as soon as possible.
