[Resolved] Irctc — Refund for Failed Transaction of IRCTC | |
Dear IRCTC Team I have booked tickets through IRCTC internet facility on 10-Oct-08 from Yaswantpur (Bangalore) to Secunderabad on 10-Oct-08 for three passengers by SC Garib Rath. And also I have given the details below. Ticket History Pnr Number 0 Transaction ID: [protected] Train No : 2736 Train Name: SC GARIB RATH From Station : (YPR) To Station: (SC) Date Of Journey :10-Oct-2008 Class:CC Boarding : (YPR) Resv Upto: (SC) Date Of Booking : 10-Oct-2008 Total Fare: Rs 1130.00 I have made a payment through CITI bank debit/ATM gateway and Rs 1130/- deducted from my Citi Bank account. But the screen says it is not accepted and did not give me any PNR number. Please cancel the transaction and credit my amount to CITI bank, as I have booked another ticket. Request you to do the needful. Regards Ramana And i got this mail from care IRCTC, but no action. Dear Customer, *We deeply regret for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. As your payment status for transaction id(s) *[protected] *was not communicated by the Payment gateway in time, the ticket booking did not materialize. After reconciliation if the amount is found debited, the same will be processed at Payment Gateway for refund. We would ensure that the refund is made at the earliest. In future you are requested to use the Refund status tracking service provided by IRCTC. as our names have come up in the waiting list we want to refund our money on the cancellation!!!

I have booked tickets through IRCTC internet facility on 06 -jan-09 from ghaziabad(Delhi) to Luckanow for one passenger .my account has been debited but ticket has not booked .and the money has not return tiil now now what should we do.
I have given the details below.

Hello Sir,
I have booked ticket on 9/02/2001 from Indore to Delhi and on 10/02/2011 Delhi To Indore. In both transaction the amount has been deducted from my Credit card (Axis Bank) but it doesn't give me any PNR no nor any ticket has been generated. And if i check my booked ticket history it gives me nothing about those tickets. I have received receipt no to Merchant Indain Rail and Tourism.Please tell me what to do??

Date Of Booking : 09-March-2009
Total Fare: Rs 571.00
I have made a payment through SBI bank debit/ATM gateway and Rs 571/- deducted from my State Bank Of India account.
But the screen says it is not accepted and did not give me any PNR number.
Please cancel the transaction and credit my amount to CITI bank, as I have booked another ticket.
Request you to do the needful.
