I am repeating complaint after 90 days after. But yet I have not received my refund amount. I called so many times on railway customer care, also wrote email to the concerned department but nothing has happend. Please guide me where I can lodge my complaint for the same.details are bellowReason For TDR : Passenger Not Travelled.
