[Resolved]  Irctc — not received a refund for the cancelled tickets

Dear sirs/ Madam,
As below said mail details i had sent to irctc & there customer care phone no.[protected] i have spoken to Mr. Vivek more than 40 times since last 4 monts & till the date i have not recieved my money back.
So, i am requesting to take care of this complaint as well as try to get my money as soon as possible.
