Today (03/11/2011) I have done an online transaction to book a "TATKAL ticket" on 12661 Podhigai Exp from TBM (Tambaram) to RJPM (Rajapalayam) boarding on 05/11/2011 at 20:32 for KAMALAKKANNAN K . Unfortunately after the payment was made through CANARA BANK payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" after which my amount got DEBITED but the TICKET wasn't generated. This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest . If not refund the same amount. Expecting a reply as soon as possible. PS : TRANSACTION ID : [protected]. kindly revert to me as soon as possible. Amount of 344 Rs has been Debited from my account !!!
