dear sir sub- locking of my id at irctc for last four days i am note able to open account [protected]@irctc.co.in for ticket booking,when i have gone through process of reply it shown that your reset id/password has been send to your registerd mail address,ie [protected]@rediffmail.com but till today ,27-01-12, i have note received the reset id/password please look and give reply thanking you purushottam prasad Was this information helpful? | |||

IRCTC — non receipt of password/ IS locked
I have booked two e-tickets under my login ID santoshbad.and alloted PNR no. [protected] and [protected].Subsequently I tried to log in in order to print the tickets, a msg appeared saying that my email id is not varified. I clicked the button for varification and i was informed that my new password was being sent to my email ID.
Even after lapse of 3 days I reset Password is not received on my email. All the customer care nos are always busy and unable to contact.
I am not able to print my tickets and also can not change / cancell my tickets unless I log in.
Very frustrating situation and nobody to answer.
I shall be hghly grateful if i get some reply from them, otherwise my tour proogramme is all in mess.
