Irctc — fund transferred but ticket booking failure

hi, this is k.v.d.prasad. today i booked a ticket from secunderabad To ongole (Transaction ID: [protected]).
i payed the amount by going through onlinesbi fund transfer (sbi ref no:IG[protected] successfully. but i cant get the e-ticket from irctc.

and when i clicked the - refund status of failed transaction tab in irctc web, i got a remark that is - "Payment Not Received From Bank".

so, please help me as early as possible.

IRCTC — Fund Transferred But Ticket Not Booked

Dear Sir,
I had booked a ticket from Barkakana To Delhi on date[protected]. My transaction id is [protected].
Fund has already been deducted from my account but ticket not booked.
