[Resolved] IRCTC Indian Railways — E Ticket Refund | |||
Dear Readers, I booked this e-ticket for my friend for Azad Hind exp, Pune-Nagpur, but it was more than 8hrs late that day, hence, the very next day(02-Oct-2010) I filed the TDR. After around 8 months I got the reply from them. --- IRCTC Email below --- REGRET Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:[protected], we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : RF/IRCTC/ETKT/11/4/21.5.11/SER and the reason being : 9423-SER/4 Delay not condoned.The case is repudiated. In case you require any further assistance, please mail us at [protected]@irctc.co.in or call us on[protected] With regards, TDR TEAM --- Reply end --- Why has the Railway cancelled my TDR? where did my hard earned money go?? Why is the Railway take so much time for Refund (min 3 months or more)? I have attached the Screenshot of the TDR. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
